PART-TIME DYNAMIC FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/ASSISTANT WANTED:
Attention to detail and outstanding work ethic a must! Ideal candidate must present well, have excellent communication/phone skills and excellent time management skills.
Must be able to move and think quickly, be reliable and organized and have a positive, motivating, energetic personality. Our goal is to optimize our patients' state of health and a supportive, smiling staff is essential.
You will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling patients, greeting and directing patients, helping patients fill out paperwork, answering patient questions, verifying insurance information, taking payments, entering patient information into the computer, meticulous filing, maintaining office cleanliness, etc.
You must quickly learn the computer software.
The hours are not negotiable so please do not apply unless you can commit to these office hours.
Monday 3:30pm to 7:30pm
Tuesday 3:30pm to 7:30pm
Wednesday 2:30pm to 7:30pm
Thursday 3:30pm to 7:30pm
Please note that training hours may be different than the regular hours, depending on your availability.
Additional hours available after training as an outreach representative
Previous experience is requested but not necessary. This is an entry level position and there is extensive training. If you are willing to learn and apply yourself to this process, we are willing to provide the training.
