Current position holder is retiring after 10+ years, and we are seeking a qualified candidate to take over.

We are seeking a personal care assistant/shopper to help with daily living tasks for a limited mobility client.
SCHEDULE:
Early afternoons, approximately 1:00 am to 5:00 pm, 4-5 days/week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with personal hygiene, and perform light housekeeping duties related to the client's space.
Good home cooking skills needed to prepare light snacks and one simple meal per day for a diabetic.
Responsible for keeping kitchen and household clean and orderly.
Run errands such as grocery shopping and picking up medications across the street at the pharmacy.
Change and launder bed linens twice a month (no ironing).
Must be responsible for petty cash & receipts related to shopping and can reconcile expenditures once / week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience providing in-home personal care, personal assistance, and limited cooking.
Excellent communication and FLUENCY IN ENGLISH is required.
Reliable, responsible, and proactive.
IMPORTANT:
Must be someone who can work independently.
Must be reliable.
Must commit to 4 and/or 5 days per week between 1:00 pm & 5:00 pm
Fluency in English
