We are looking for an Aide who is friendly, enthusiastic, organized and who has excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and handle a high volume of appointments, able to work during evening appointments. This position requires strong computer skills and excellent telephone skills as well as the ability to interface comfortably with therapists, patients and staff. Knowledge of the healthcare environment, reception experience, and bilingual in Spanish/English is a definite plus.
Duties & Responsibilities: As assigned, but not limited to the following;
Greet patients in polite, prompt and helpful manner gathering patient information
Check-in and check-out patients and maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
Maintains the smooth flow of charts to the clinical area
Maintains and cleans reception area, bathrooms, gym area
