Imagine Smile Design is a vibrant dental practice conveniently located in Manhattan’s Gramercy Neighborhood, two blocks from Union Square. We provide cosmetic and general dental services in our beautiful and modern facility.
We are seeking someone with a warm and friendly personality, who will be directly interacting with new and existing patients. This candidate will be detail oriented with strong customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask. One of the job requirements is to be able to compose and edit well written correspondences, in addition to being well spoken in person and over the phone. You will be the primary contact for the practice and will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and procedures, updating and maintaining electronic medical records, and managing billing/payments from insurance plans and patients.
This is a high end practice with a small, tight knit group of employees, in a fun and peaceful work environment.
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Bachelors Degree (preferred) OR High School Diploma and 2+ years relevant experience with references available
This is a full time position requiring approximately 35 hours per week with one Saturday per month.
