What We’re Looking For:
1. Licensure & Certifications:
- Active NY Dental Hygiene license with anesthesia certification.
- Proficiency in administering infiltrations and blocks.
- CT Dental Hygiene license is a plus.
2. Patient-Centered Care:
- A genuine passion for motivating, educating, and supporting patients in adopting healthier habits and lifestyles.
- Additional certifications in nutrition, health coaching, or related fields are highly desirable.
3. Advanced Technical Skills:
- Experience with Nd:YAG laser (Periolase) and Perioscopy is a strong advantage.
- Candidates with these skills will receive priority consideration.
4. Biological Dental Expertise:
- Experience or certification in Biological Dental Hygiene (e.g., IAOMT, IABDM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Please include a copy of your credentials for priority review.
5. Team Collaboration:
- A proactive team player who assists doctors and dental assistants during downtime.
- Commitment to maintaining a sterile, organized, and efficient working environment.
6. Exceptional Patient Interaction:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients and address their unique needs.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering personalized care.
