We are looking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team. Bilingual in Russian and English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments in home settings
- Provide skilled nursing care and health education
- Coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate medical records
Requirements:
Active NYS RN license
Bilingual: Russian/English
Previous home care experience preferred
