Residential Aides / Community Techs
Locations: Brooklyn - Manhattan - Bronx 10451
$16 hour plus OT
HOURS:
Multiple positions available
Morning 8am-4:30pm
Evening 4pm-12:30am
Overnight 12am-8:30am
High School diploma or GED required
You will assist in monitoring the residential program for individuals experiencing homelessness, with a focus on maintaining a safe environment.
You will manage conflict or challenging behaviors with self-awareness, emphasizing safety and building trust while understanding each person's unique experience.
You will also be responsible for screening residents and visitors at front door, create written documentation, including logbook entries, incident reports and progress notes.
Monitor facility - daily
Manage inventory for supplies, maintain fire safety drills and logs, and provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance/NARCAN when needed.
Escort clients and serve meals as needed.
Help maintain an orderly and clean facility.
This position is subject to mandatory overtime.
