We are looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced home health aide to provide part-time care for an elderly woman in her home. She is living with heart disease and diabetes and needs gentle support to remain comfortable and safe.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with movement around the home (using walker/cane if needed)
Light cooking, especially diabetic-friendly meals
Light cleaning (tidying up, dishes, laundry)
Companionship and medication reminders
Monitoring for any changes in health or mood
Ideal candidate:
Has experience with elderly care, particularly with heart and diabetes management
Is patient, trustworthy, and gentle
Can cook simple, healthy meals
Has reliable transportation
