Hi, looking for a new team member!

Position: Dental Front desk Receptionist and Patient Coordinator

What: Only applications with previous dental experience, a resume, and references will be considered.

Pay: Training is 2-4 days per week part-time hourly rate at $25 per hour. Once basic training is finishing, we fully onboard to full-time and start your salary at 50k. 3 month goal of achieving an 80k salary contingent on performance and duties (which would involve insurance coordination and financial handlings at that point).

We are looking for someone to join our the front of house here at our family dental practice in the Upper West side. Your primary position would start as regular day to day checking in and out of patients as well as patient and appointment coordination. It would expand to collecting payments upon check-out and patient scheduling. Further roles would then expand to insurance verification and patient and treatment coordination.

We started our small dental office Smiles on Smiles Dental Care in the Upper West Side April of 2018. We are happy to say we are growing fast and strong. We made it through some of the worst of COVID by keeping our standards high and team members and patients safe. Over time even though we are a Manhattan based office but we managed to establish a true family practice feel yet with a modern touch. Being storefront we wave to local families that we know as they walk by. Often our patients stop in just to say hello. (The mailman, the UPS driver, next door doormen have even become our patients). We don't advertise, and grow truly by word of mouth.

What we are looking for. Customer service experience, the ability exude positivity through the phone and in person. Ability for managing, handling, and triaging phone calls. The skill to handle some basic calculations for insurance and patient payments. The respect to handle each situation in a professional manner.
