Our HR & Compliance Manager is a crucial part of our mission with their primary responsibilities to make decisions and address specific tasks in the best way possible, implement HR strategies, and facilitate the overall goals of the company.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and partnerships with schools to attract top talent.

Training & Development – Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and compliance.

Scheduling & Staffing – Ensure optimal workforce allocation across business lines.

Performance & Payroll – Oversee evaluations, improvement plans, payroll, and benefits.

Compliance Management – Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.

Compliance Training & Audits – Conduct internal audits, address non-compliance, and monitor third-party adherence.

Health & Safety Compliance – Enforce OSHA and workplace safety standards, addressing risks proactively.

HR Strategy & Leadership – Align HR processes with business growth and operational goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Manager (Healthcare Industry or related field is preferred).

Strong Communication Skills.

Excellent Leadership Skills.

Strong Organizational Skills.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a solution-oriented mindset.

In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
