Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources and Recruiting Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be skilled in finding talented individuals who fit the company culture and contribute to our company’s growth, as well as managing various HR functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and interviewing to hiring decisions. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.

Employee Relations: Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.

Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on performance reviews, and assisting in the management of employee performance issues.

HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Keep up-to-date with changes in HR policies and laws.

Training and Development: Organize and oversee training and development programs for employees, including orientation sessions and career development workshops.

Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and update internal databases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR and recruiting.
