Job Duties:
Source, Evaluate, Screen, & Qualify Candidates for IT, Senior Managers & Mid-Level Support Roles
Update & troubleshoot ADP & LinkedIn recruiting modules to enhance recruiting efforts
Maintain familiarity of employment benefits & respond to inquiries
Participate in collection, analysis & presentation of employment data metrics regarding ad effectiveness, turnover diversity & inclusion as requested by HR leadership & management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 Years’ experience in talent acquisition, interviewing, scoring and applicant appraisal
Sourcing with LinkedIn, Indeed and ADP Required
Computer Proficiency (Esp. M.S. Office Suite)
Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal / Listening / Written
Previous Recruiting Experience In Contract Staffing Industry
Ability To Handle High Volume, Hectic Fast-Paced Environment
Familiarity With All Full-Cycle Recruitment Functions
