URGENT NEED FOR HR Recruiter
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-5p
Location: Bronx, NY 10451
Rates: $22-$28/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Visit all locations and meet with managers to develop program-specific recruiting plans
Ensure that all postings are updated and track sources
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
MA in Human Resources Management, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP; SPHR/PHR certification a plus
3+ years recruiting experience in health, human services, or non-profit field a must
Specifically recruiting Case managers, Social Workers, RA's, and Counselors
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
