Assembly and Packaging Assistant - P/T

Wildflower + Co. is looking for a (1) P/T Assembly & Packaging Assistant. We are a very small, friendly, & informal company based in Gowanus, Brooklyn (near the Smith – 9 Street F & G subway). No experience required!
As the Shipping Assistant, you will be:
Packaging products
Doing light product assembly, primarily basic jewelry assembly (basic jump rings)
Restocking shipping area
Light cleaning
Requirements:
Ability to work efficiently and quickly
Friendly attitude no job too big and no job too small
Reliable and trustworthy
Ability to work independently, but also ok working with others
Basic English is a plus, but not required. Spanish is ok!
Useful experience would be in a similar packaging/shipping role, working in a fast-paced environment like a restaurant or cleaning or with some experience with basic jewelry making
Schedule
P/T – 1 -2 days per week – approx. 7 - 8 hours (within 10 am – 5 pm)
Ideally able to work on Mondays, but this is somewhat flexible. No weekends.
Opportunity for additional days/hours as needed
Salary: $16 per hour
