We are a General Contractor (GL) seeking a dependable Helper with welding experience to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves a variety of tasks, both in the shop and on job sites. While welding is part of the role, duties will vary depending on project needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist with miscellaneous steel fabrication (handrails, gates, stairs, etc.)
Perform general labor tasks and support the team across different areas
Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized work environment
Be flexible and ready to assist where needed
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a metal or fabrication shop
Basic welding experience required
Must be comfortable handling a variety of tasks, not just welding
OSHA 40-hour certification required
Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
Schedule:
Full-time position
Work hours may vary depending on workload and project requirements
