Nit Noi is looking for a broth maker to join our production team. We make clean, restorative Thai food in a collaborative, team oriented environment. You will wear many hats but your main roles are listed below:
-manage our broth production including cooking, cooling, packing, freezing broth and cleaning for our retail and wholesale operations
-assist the team leader in prepping the line for food service and farmers market
-work at outdoor farmers markets throughout Fairfield county
We are looking for someone who can speak both English and Spanish, have experience working in food production or service, and can manage a schedule. This person also needs to be able to talk to customers. We require a Food Handler certificate. The role is primarily Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm but there are Saturdays where we need help with farmers markets.
