We are seeking a part-time building maintenance Porter to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities;
Keeping Building in clean and orderly condition
Performed general maintenance to all common areas inside and out
Must have knowledge of New York City recycling laws
Qualifications;
Previous experience in building maintenance
Strong attention to detail
Must be organized
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to operate compactor
must be able to pass background and drug test

Friday and Monday 11-7pm
Saturday and Sunday
12-4
