What you'll be doing:
Building porter: Responsible for cleaning the inside of the building, exterior areas, sidewalk and entrance area, maintaining trash/recycling areas in tidy and clean condition, and putting trash and recycling out for sanitation pickup.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED required.
US Citizen or Green Card required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands:
This position involves regular walking, lifting, standing for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
May occasionally involve stooping, sitting, kneeling, or crouching.
May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
May involve moving or lifting items at or under 75 pounds. Lifting belt is required.

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
