ROLE OVERVIEW
This role will initially focus on local vehicle preparation and maintenance but will expand to include deliveries as the fleet grows. Compensation reflects the level of work required on a given day, ensuring fairness and flexibility. Ideal candidate is familiar with vehicle maintenace and would have some sort of hands on automotive experience.

COMPENSATION
- Local Tasks Only: $80/day for vehicle prep and maintenance tasks.
- Tasks Including Deliveries: $100/day for days involving guest deliveries.
Payment Terms:
- This is a 1099 position; the associate will be responsible for their own taxes.
- Job-related transportation costs will be covered, excluding commuting to the base location (Pelham Manor).
- A formal profit-sharing bonus structure will start in 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Vehicle Preparation:
- Clean and prepare vehicles for rental, ensuring they are ready 90 minutes before guest pick-up times.
- Document vehicle condition with clear photos, including interior, exterior, and odometer.
- Monitor and report vehicle maintenance needs (e.g., oil changes, repairs).
Delivery Tasks (as needed):
- Deliver and pick up vehicles to/from guest-specified locations.
- Transport vehicles to mechanics or body shops as required.
Operational Support:
- Maintain consistent checklists and adhere to high-quality standards for vehicle readiness.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Flexible schedule: Prep tasks can be completed at your pace; deliveries adhere to guest timing, and you will have a minimum 36hr notice.
- Tasks involve outdoor work at parking lots and car washes, with minimal but occasional social interactions (e.g., at mechanics or with guests).
- Noise and cleaning products are part of the job; accommodations for these are limited.
Structured tasks: We provide clear instructions, checklists, and consistent routines.
Open to accommodations: We will work with you to discuss reasonable adjustments that do not create undue burden on the business.

REQUIREMENTS
- Clean driving record
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and quality.
- Comfortable with physical tasks (cleaning) and moderate periods of sitting (driving).
- Training provided for all tasks, with opportunities to discuss specific needs or adjustments during onboarding.
- Applicants must have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor.
- All applicants are subject to a criminal background check as part of the hiring process. DWA Services evaluates criminal history on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable laws. A history of violent offenses or crimes directly related to the position may disqualify applicants.
