Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cleaner/Building Maintenance Technician to provide cleaning and maintenance services for our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of building maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, restrooms, and offices.
- Assist with basic building maintenance tasks such as:
- Fixing light fixtures
- Plastering walls
- Unclogging toilets
- Minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any major repairs or maintenance needs to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning and/or building maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
