Job purpose
Responsible for daily and periodic cleaning at assigned property in addition to special projects as assigned.
Duties and responsibilities
Be responsible for general appearance of high traffic areas (interior/exterior)
Ensure the facility remains in a safe working conditions at all times
Monitor the conditions of the property
Ability to Operate Various Cleaning Equipment Such as: Carpet Extractors, Floor Buffers, Etc. All necessary equipment will be supplied
Performs Other Duties as Assigned including various periodicals and general snow shoveling during winter months.
Qualifications
Must have HS diploma and 2 years previous janitorial based employment.
Government Background check will be required
Must have valid NYS Driver's License.
Willing to work in a fast paced environment
Has a passion and pride for a safe and clean environment
Can remain engaged/proficient working at an individual level
Is very detail oriented when it comes to completing their work
