Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking concierge to join our team. The concierge will serve
as the first point of contact for welcoming residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service, ensuring building security, and assisting residents with various needs and requests.
Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor building entrances to ensure security and restrict unauthorized access
Assist with receiving and delivering packages, mail, and other items
Help residents with requests, including directions or information about the building
Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
Assist with the building’s lobby maintenance by keeping the area clean and organized
Coordinate with maintenance staff or management for any building-related issues
Ensure residents’ safety by enforcing building policies and emergency procedures
Perform other related work as required or instructed by the building Superintendent and/or Management
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Direct deliveries and accept and log packages.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
o Proficiency in using concierge management software, phone/intercom system.
o Work closely with superintendent and management

o Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resident and visitor needs.
o Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Compensation
Wages: $21.58 per hour
Supplemental Benefits: $0.00 per hour (0-3 Months)
$12.01 per hour (4-12 Months)
$15.48 per hour (12-24 Months)
