Construction Foreman:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience overseeing construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
Monitor progress and quality of work.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license.
HVAC Technician:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in servicing and installing HVAC systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in servicing and installing HVAC systems.
Familiarity with Split Unit Systems, PTAC Technology, Central Units, and Duc Work.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs as needed.
Need to have drivers license.
