An established contracting firm is in search of a SKILLED and EXPERIENCED DRIVER/ HELPER with the following qualities and qualifications:
Familiarity with construction materials and tools.
Eligible to legally work in the US
Valid driver’s license and 5+ years driving vans throughout NYC
Ability to help painters and carpenters when not driving
Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
Clean license
Clean-cut appearance
Ability to lead, work with others and communicate well with clients
Organized, punctual, and reliable.
Knowledgeable in painting and/or carpentry
These qualities and qualifications would be a PLUS:
Familiarity with any other trades involved in residential/commercial renovation/remodeling projects
Certifications/Training (OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour, etc.)
Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and/or sketches
COMPENSATION IS DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
