Key Responsibilities:
Estimate project costs for façade restoration and roofing.
Review project plans and determine material and labor needs.
Communicate estimates and timelines to clients and the team.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in construction estimating.
Knowledge of façade restoration and roofing.
Strong communication skills.
