Maintenance/Construction Company is looking to hire an exterior home improvement laborer.
Must know basic home improvement and be willing ot learn the trade
Must have base knowledge of:
Windows
Doors
Siding
Masonry
Tile

Must have a clean, valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop (Staten Island, NY 10309)
The position is on the books, no exceptions
