Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a pristine, welcoming, and secure environment for residents and guests. This role is crucial to upholding the reputation of our luxury building.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, amenity spaces, and service areas
Maintain polished surfaces, glass doors, floors, and fixtures to luxury standards
Handle trash removal and recycling from residential and common areas
Replenish supplies in restrooms and designated areas
Report maintenance issues or security concerns promptly
Support the concierge and facilities teams with special requests or events as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in high-end residential, hotel, or luxury property cleaning required
Professional appearance and demeanor; strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to work independently and with discretion
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
