Job Duties:
- Craft visually appealing floral arrangements tailored to the preferences of our clientele.
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting patrons in selecting the perfect floral arrangements and offering expert advice.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure the freshness and quality of flowers and plants.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly work environment in the workspace and retail area.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record as a florist in a retail setting.
- Proficient in floral design techniques and knowledgeable about various flower species.
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with a warm and friendly demeanor.
