RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proper and efficient operation of asphalt paving equipment.
Basic maintenance of asphalt paving equipment.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Complete and comply with all required paperwork and Reporting
SKILLS:
Be able to communicate with all positions of the workforce
Exhibit honesty and trustworthiness
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient use of computer software, such as Word and Excel
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma
Valid Driver’s License
2-3 years of asphalt equipment experience, or in a related field
Experience in construction equipment operation is preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
The physical abilities of this position require the employee to be able to frequently sit, stand, climb, do low level work, reaching, bending, and trunk movements. Also, may require carrying, pushing/pulling, dexterity of hands and fingers, seeing, hearing and talking. Lifting requirements may include up to 50 pounds. Traveling is an essential requirement of this position to ensure implementation of Asphalt Paver Operator functions.
