Full-Time Doorman with Handyman Skills: South Harlem
Join our team at The Patagonia Condominium located in South Harlem. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled individual to fill the position of a full-time doorman with handyman capabilities from 7:45am -2:45pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and visitors with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Manage access to the building, ensuring security and privacy for all occupants.
- Handle deliveries and mail with care and efficiency.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with property management and residents regarding building issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a doorman or similar role preferred.
- Handyman skills, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle emergency situations.
