Job Title: Operations, Handyman
Salary: $38,000/year - $40,000/year

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Handyman and Office Administration with strong task management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be quick, responsible, and capable of handling various operational needs across stores and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Task Management & Coordination: Efficiently prioritize and handle tasks with a sense of urgency, ensuring swift completion of time-sensitive activities.
Store Maintenance & Reporting: Oversee the condition of equipment at stores, perform minor repairs, and provide detailed maintenance reports.
Marketing Materials: Receive, manage, and provide feedback on marketing materials. Handle urgent printing and transfer of materials between stores.
Supplies & Budget Management: Manage office supplies and track budget expenses for office maintenance.
Minimal Office Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing locks, mounting shelves, and using basic mechanical tools.
Mail Management: Check mailboxes regularly, handle company mail, and distribute incoming mail to relevant departments.
Operational Tasks: Address day-to-day operational needs such as contacting vendors, purchasing items, and solving operational issues quickly.
Equipment Checks: Inspect equipment at stores and either perform necessary repairs or identify tools and resources required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for managing and reporting data.
Excellent task management and prioritization abilities.
Ability to handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Proactive and capable of working with a sense of urgency.
Good to have a car for commuting and task handling (not required, but preferred).
