We are seeking Part-Time Handyman/Janitor for our building.
A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle, required. (Van preferred)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Light maintenance: Cleaning Bathrooms, Sweeping hallways, Changing air handler filters & light bulbs
Stocking vending machines
Local runs to Home Depot/BJ's Costco (all less than 10 miles + tax free reimbursement)
Seasonal: Salting walkways
