We are actively seeking skilled and dependable Property Preservation Contractors to become part of our team in these counties: Fairfield County, New Haven County, Hartford County, Westchester County.
Services:
- Occupancy Inspections
- Initial Securing (lock changes & boarding where needed)
- Cash For Keys
- Evictions
- Interior and Exterior Debris Removal
- Lawn maintenance & Shrub/Tree Trimming
- Janitorial Maid Services
- General maintenance and repairs where needed
- Winterizations
Required Equipment:
- Smartphone with apps
- Truck (trailer or a way to dispose of debris)
- All required equipment to perform all requested work orders (lawn equipment, air compressor, hand tools, locks, lock boxes, etc.)
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to use the photo documentation apps (PPW or Pruvan)
- Must be able to complete orders by due date (normally 24-72 hours)
