SENIOR PORTER
FULL TIME POSITION
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK PARTIAL WEEKENDS
Key Responsibilities
Sweeping the Property, emptying trash receptacles
Perform routine maintenance tasks (landscaping, gum removal, graffitis/stickers removal, etc.)
Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and safe
Light snow shoveling and salt spreading
Perform some hands-on tasks around the center such as moving bulk items, moving cones assiting with light repairs, painting etc.
This work is outdoors, year-round.
Qualifications:
Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Strong knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
