We are looking for a skilled and motivated Working Hotel Engineer to manage and maintain a hotel building. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, along with an active F-89 certification.
Responsibilities:
️ Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
️ Ensure the hotel building remains in top condition through proactive upkeep
️ Respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations as needed
️ Follow safety regulations and building codes
️ Work efficiently, take direction, and complete tasks independently
️ Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with staff and guests
Requirements:
️ Previous experience as a Working Hotel Engineer or in a similar maintenance role
️ F-80 Certification (Required)
️ Strong hands-on skills in general repairs and building maintenance
️ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
️ Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
️ Availability for on-call emergencies after hours
