Responsibilities:
Home Organization & Reset
Maintain order and tidiness throughout a 3-bedroom apartment.
Perform light cleaning, kitchen resets, and organization of surfaces, drawers, and closets.
Keep glass tables and counters spotless.
Rotate weekly household resets (bathrooms, fridge, laundry area).
Laundry & Clothing
Manage laundry cycles (washer/dryer in unit).
Fold, organize, and maintain clothing systems.
Assist with outfit coordination and packing lists for travel.
Inventory & Household Systems
Track supplies (pantry, toiletries, household goods) in Airtable or Google Sheets.
Keep preferred brands and items stocked.
Alert homeowner when items are low or need replenishment.
Meal Prep & Food Organization
Prepare simple, healthy meals to reduce takeout costs.
Assist with meal planning and grocery organization.
Maintain a clean, orderly fridge and pantry.
Errands & Coordination
Handle small household errands (returns, restocks, mail).
Collaborate with the Executive Assistant for travel prep and packing checklists.

Tech-comfortable (can learn Airtable or simple tracking tools).
