As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to choose your own jobs and work according to your own schedule. Responsibilities:
Provide thorough and efficient cleaning services to residential and commercial properties, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail.
Uphold strict confidentiality and respect clients' privacy while working in their spaces.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience, preferably in a residential and commercial setting.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality cleaning services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions regarding cleaning methods and techniques.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must have your own reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent cleaning standards.
MUST have all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies required to perform the job effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients.
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional cleaning results.
MUST have a minimum of two referrals (MANDATORY)
Note: As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and any other legal obligations.
