MUST LIVE IN HARLEM
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team in Harlem, NY. The ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hotels, and take pride in delivering spotless, welcoming spaces for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare vacation rental units to hotel-level standards
Change linens, make beds, restock supplies, and ensure all areas are guest-ready
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists
Work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times between guest check-ins
Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards that enhance guest experience
Requirements:
Must live in or near Harlem, NY
Prior housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience required
Able to communicate in English (basic conversational level)
Strong work ethic: reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Trainable, quick learner, and able to follow instructions
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Leadership qualities and ability to guide/support other cleaners when needed
Preferred:
Experience with vacation rentals or short-term rentals
Strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules
