HVAC MECHANIC Required to respond to emergencies on weekdays and maybe weekends ( we do not usually work weekends, it would have to be a major emergency.) while on call
Maintains record keeping requirements and written reports as part of a daily routine
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve repairs
Experience in the repair, replacement and adjustment of commercial units and refrigeration units
Preforms preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment and refrigeration equipment
Knowledge of computer programs and tablet use
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of service experience
Able to work unsupervised, and go to job sites with helpers
Demonstrated professional interpersonal relationship skills
Extensive HVAC experience required
Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Maintains a “can do” attitude
A team player who contributes and works with others accomplishing results
Exceptional customer service skills involving building trust, strong interpersonal relations, and a focus on customer satisfaction
Attention to detail and punctuality is critical
Willingness to learn and have a great attitude with positive energy
Have pride in technical ability and strive to be in the top 5% of our field
Passion for serving customers with good communication skills
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI’s in the previous 5 years.
