Fast paced Manhattan based HVAC Company is looking to employ a full-time certified WSHP Technician.
This position has a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment on all kinds of water source heat pump units. We serve residential and industrial clients with the best and latest technology available.
Essential job functions:
Perform repairs/advanced troubleshooting on all related HVAC equipment in a timely and professional manner
Extensive knowledge about packaged, ceiling, horizontal and vertical water source heat pumps
Provide directions and promote the Company culture to all Junior Technicians and Helpers
Utilize the tablet to write complete and detailed reports to be used to generate proposals and/or order materials required for repairs
Possess a complete set of hand tools and meters related to the HVAC trade
Communicate with assigned coordinator regarding work progress on projects
Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to
Requirements:
5 years experience in installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC Systems
Advanced knowledge of refrigeration and electrical theory
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
License/Certification: EPA Certification, Fire Dept. Certificates: F60 fire guard & G60 torch use, OSHA safety training
Strong customer service communication skills
