ABOUT THE JOB:
Part-time evening janitorial work in multi-family residential buildings
Seeking someone reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
PAY:
Flat monthly pay (calculated from $20/hour equivalent), paid monthly by direct deposit
$1,000 loyalty bonus after 12 months
Referral commissions up to $1,000 per new client (no cap)
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
Evenings after 6 PM
Multiple building sites throughout Brooklyn
Preference for candidates who live in Brooklyn and have a car (supplies/garbage transport) – not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interior cleaning
Sidewalk maintenance
Organizing and removing trash & recycling (including transport when needed)
REQUIREMENTS:
Positive attitude and clear communication
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks fully – no excuses, no shortcuts, no skipped shifts
Comfortable using a smartphone for photo documentation
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
