We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Janitorial/Porter for a new residential building in Brooklyn! If you take pride in maintaining clean and well-kept spaces, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Cleaning of common areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, etc.)
Trash & Recycling Removal from building and surrounding areas
Sidewalk Maintenance (sweeping, snow removal when necessary)
Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to management
Ensuring the building is always neat, welcoming, and in great condition
