Tango Pets is looking to expand its team with a dedicated part-time dog walker. If you love animals, enjoy being outdoors, and are seeking a flexible way to earn while getting exercise, this role is ideal for artists or freelancers who want to fill their midday schedule.
Job Overview:
Position: Part-Time Dog Walker
Location: Brooklyn, Prospect Heights and Park Slope
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12pm-2:30pm
Route: One small route available to start, covering 4-7 dogs per day (with potential of expanding)
Duration: Approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours to complete daily route
Pay: $13 per dog
Requirements:
Must be available during the weekday M-F from about12:00 - 2:30pm
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Capable of walking multiple dogs safely (maximum of 3 dogs)
Must have internet access and a smartphone
Previous experience with animals preferred; comfortable handling various breeds and temperaments
No allergies to dogs; must be able to work consistently with multiple dogs
Residents of Brooklyn or nearby areas preferred due to the job's locality
Must be 21 years of age or older
