Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Maintain proactive communication with building owners and tenants via our Maintenance App.
System Oversight: Manage and maintain all critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and boiler systems.
Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot, repair, or replace essential systems and components, ensuring high standards without needing permits.
Property Care: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of both building interiors and exteriors, including grounds.
Emergency Response: Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to handle emergencies, ensuring swift resolution.
Inspection Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate inspections, providing detailed reports for move-ins and move-outs.
Tool Management: Utilize your personal tools for tasks, with building inventory supplied by the firm.
