POSITION: Machine Operator/ Trainee
REPORTS TO: Supervisor
OBJECTIVE: Learn To Operate Equipment in Food Manufacturing Plant
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Continuous work history as an operator or willingness to learn craft
2. Attention to detail
3. Hard Working
4. Good Communication
5. Documentation
6. Must be Punctual
7. Great Time Management skills
8. Ability to meet production deadlines
9. Able to lift 50 lbs
Responsibilities:
1. Operating and maintaining food machine equipment
2. Overseeing production order requirements and material assembly
3. Manage assistant personnel
4. Maintain a clean work station
5. Check weights and quality control
+ Mechanical ability
+ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
+ Ability to drive a forklift
+ Training can be provided for qualified candidates
+ Must be a team player and have reliable transportation.
+ When not operating machinery will be asked to help in other areas
