Building Maintenance position available in Yonkers. Compensation depending on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
Maintain trash and recycling receptacles.
Maintain and repair heating systems as required.
General electrical, plumbing and mechanical system repair a must.
English speaking, working knowledge of spanish a plus.
