Looking for some help witb interior painting and hardwood floor refinishing for apartment turnovers as people move out of the building, each apartment needs to be fixed up. I have lots of these apartments to do so if it works out you will have consistent work. I need people who have experience with using a drum sander/edger, interior patching/painting/taping re-grouting/caulking who are very detail oriented and efficient. Each apartment will take 3 to 5 days to complete and I have other jobs throughout manhattan.
