Position: Office Inventory & Cleaning Assistant

Location: Astoria, NY (Blue Balloon Parties)

Pay Rate: $16 to $18 per hour

Hours: 20-32 hours per week (Full-time potential if we find the right fit!)

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards? We're an entertainment and party rental company seeking a meticulous individual to help clean, organize, and maintain our office inventory. This includes managing costumes, props, and machines that need regular upkeep to ensure they meet our company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Keep detailed track of costumes, props, and equipment.

- Costume/Prop Maintenance: Ensure costumes and items are cleaned, organized, and properly stored.

- Machine Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and ensure party equipment (e.g., food concession machines, bubbles machines) are working properly and ready for use.

- Entertainment Staff Support: Assist entertainment staff by prepping their items and ensuring they have everything they need before leaving for events.

- Organizational Skills: Maintain a well-organized office and storage area.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to follow company standards for cleanliness and upkeep.

- Reliable and self-motivated with good time management skills.

- Prior experience in cleaning, inventory, or maintenance (preferred but not required).
