Brye A+ Cleaning is a professional and fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving clients primarily in The Bronx, NY. We are committed to quality service, reliability, and building a team that grows with us. We're currently seeking an on-call part-time cleaning staff member who lives in or near the Bronx and is interested in long-term opportunities with room to grow into supervisory or quality control roles.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks (e.g., dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, etc.)
Follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures
Maintain cleanliness standards across commercial sites
Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members
Report any damages, concerns, or supply needs
What We Offer:
Pay: $17-19 per hour depending on experience
2-week paid on-the-job training
Raise eligibility after 6 months
Clear path to advancement into Supervisor or Quality Control roles
Friendly, supportive work culture
Possibility for full-time hours based on performance
What We’re Looking For:
Based in or near The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens NY (priority given to local applicants)
Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and time management
Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
Willing to grow with the company and take on more responsibility
Bilingual (English + Spanish or another language) is a strong plus
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
