We are looking for a dependable Parking Attendant to join our team at a residential building in Brooklyn. This full-time position involves overseeing the parking area, ensuring safety and security, and assisting tenants with parking-related concerns.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage parking areas
Maintain safety and security of parking facilities
Communicate with tenants and building staff
Handle minor maintenance and parking-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual
Ability to use a motorcycle for transportation on-site or between locations (motorcycle required or preferred)
Good communication skills
No formal education required
